SHALL WE DISTRUST the sovereign ruler of heaven and
earth? Shall we believe that poverty is a curse? Shall we deny the
providence of God, and say some things work together for good
to them that love God; and some work together for evil? Shall
we wish to be better situated than our master, who had not
where to lay his head? Recollect that God hath chosen the poor
of this world, rich in faith and heirs of the inheritance. |
